Women's empowerment is a term used to give power to women politically, culturally, socially, and mentally. Empowerment is a vast term that gives importance to an individual in decision-making and empowering others. So a single-term concise life of women.

SATHI ERW project focused on organizing and grassroots leadership –Nurturing community leadership to address local issues of entitlement rights, contributing towards overall well-being.SATHI-UP is driven by the conviction that all women, regardless of which community they fall in, have the right to decide whether and when to take a decision

The concept behind working with women are
1) Promoting women's leadership in their families, and society level and addressing food security issues.
2) Engaging women in the realization of entitlements provisioned in different government schemes, and
3) Promoting women's participation in the decision-making process at their family and local governance level.
