  • Lalit Singh – Program Director

    He is a development professional for the last 13 years; he is expertise in both grass root level and management levels. His masters of social work depict his perfection in work. He is serving society by being part of SATHI by 2009
    Domain Specialization - Child Rights, women empowerment, RMNCH+A, Family Planning, Institutional strengthening of civil society organizations, human resource development, and strengthening constitutional values.
    His Strength -Team leader, Handholding at the grass root level, Management skills both at the field level and at the administrative level, and training in Organization development. He portrays his work as having expertise in women empowerment, promotion of CBOs, project design and implementation; result-based monitoring (RBM), developing training materials and conducting & facilitating training, leading a big team, and partnership management.

  • Shifali Shrivastav – Program Manager (ERW Project)

    Shifali is in the development sector for the past approx 4 years. Her Knowledge and experience help her in perfectly doing her work. She worked both on grass root level and management level. She is good at making rapport with community-level people, especially women. Currently, she is working on an ERW project, under the project she is working with the Harrington Gang women and community people, she works as a bridge to mitigate the gap between the government policies, Panchayati Raj policies, and the knowledge community people have and the process to implement to run their livelihood.

  • Priya Tiwari – Documentation Officer (SAHES Fellowship)

    She is having 13 years of experience in health institutions and civil society organizations, performing different roles in her career. Her specialization in rural development can be portrayed when she deeply indulged herself with the fellows at the gross root level. She provides handholding support to the community people and fellows. Her concise experience in different fields makes her more workaholic. She is good at designing sessions for her fellow and facilitates cross-learning sessions.

    Shikhar dedicated his 5 years to the field of the NGO sector. He is a master's in Commerce. Shikhar is an innovative, well-organized MIS documentation coordinator He is a multitasking person having a good knowledge of designing, developing strategies, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems, analyzing operations, and making suggestions for improvement. He also allocates resources, as well as assists with training, planning, and documenting report of the training. He effectively manages risks and also protects data.

    Pradeep Kumar Singh is a project coordinator of SATHI-UP, the development arm of SATHI-UP. As a project coordinator of SATHI-UP, Pradeep plays a key role in project expansion and enhancement of quality standards and system efficiency, while constantly keeping the team morale high to deliver their best in challenging circumstances. He leads the development of the ERW project at Harringtonganj. He has a hold on the field grass root level and management level. Through his 17 years of experience, clear vision, and strategic thinking in the social sector established a successful and replicable role model for the field staff of Harringtonganj. Pradeep worked with his team to transfer his experiences, learning’s, and good practices from his educational background and training.

He has taken charge of the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. He is outstanding in audits, invoices, and budget preparation. He demonstrates an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. He has excellent organizational skills and can handle time-sensitive tasks. He has done graduation from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. His 12 years of experience always put the ball in the court even in critical conditions. He join the family of SATHI in 2016, he is working as an Accountant for the organization. He has good communication and negotiation skill.
